About the Role

Crepsilon Technologies is looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with strong expertise in both technical development and functional consulting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Develop custom modules, reports, workflows, and integrations.
  • Customize Odoo forms, views, QWeb reports, and dashboards.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, and Payroll.
  • Perform data migration, upgrades, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
  • Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Follow coding standards, version control, and best development practices.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, workflows, security, and module architecture.
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of Git and Linux environments.
  • Good understanding of ERP business processes.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and provide functional consulting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, or 18.
  • Experience in Accounting, Manufacturing, HRMS, or Supply Chain modules.
  • Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployment is an added advantage.
  • Odoo certification is a plus.
